I usually love this shop and have been slightly addicted ever since I tried the banana bread chai. It’s normally a highlight of my day, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. I got in the drive-thru line at 10:05 with just one car ahead of me, but we didn’t leave until 10:27. When I ordered, the barista mentioned that the burrito I wanted would have to be “dug for,” but said she could grab it if I really wanted it. I confirmed that I did—only to receive the wrong burrito anyway. I also ordered the same drink I’ve gotten on my last six visits. The barista (I believe her name was Sammi) made it differently this time, and it wasn’t what I’d ordered. When I asked for it to be remade, she began preparing the order for the car beside us, which extended our wait even further, and still doesn’t taste the same. I understand that mornings can be busy, and I truly enjoy this shop, but this experience felt disorganized and frustrating. I’m hoping this was just an off day, as I’d love to continue supporting a place I usually enjoy so much

Literally just had the best experience with the barista there there morning! Had to get on here and make a review immediately. She was so sweet and made the most delicious drink!!!!

This is my little neighborhood coffee stop! The baristas are always fun to talk to and really nice. I love that they are only three blocks away from my house and the coffee is really good! ❣️

This is the best coffee in the city! It's also made to perfection and the shots aren't burnt or weak. The staff is always friendly too! Literally do yourself a favor and go to this coffee shop, it's worth it!

Always friendly and helpful! They actually talk to each customer they encounter! ( not just to take their orders) Prices are very reasonable and the drinks I get are always delicious! The Barista’s will help you too if you could not decide what you want. There is a reason why they are always busy- and it’s the good kind. Overall, definitely recommend this local shop!
