The staff were so friendly, eager to walk me through the menu and help me find just what I was looking for! I decided on the açaí bowl, and got their most popular classic version. It was so filling and delicious. If I’m not mistaken I BELIEVE everything is vegan! I didn’t have a chance to try the coffee or more savory menu items but I would love to go back for these soon. They also have a grab-and-go case stocked with high-quality, healthy options.

E+Rose is the absolute best. It is a staple in mine and my families lives. We have been to every location and love them all BUT our absolute favorite is the 4 City location. Aneesia is so amazing and she and Jarvis, Sheldo, Hanna and the rest of the crew there are the nicest, caring and most on top of it group. They are happy, and kind and make us feel welcome every time. We drive over 35 miles multiple times a week to come out and see them because they are fantastic. There aren’t many places in the Nashville area that have healthy, and responsible meals, treats and drinks so that alone is great to have from E+Rose but from each store to catering we have always had amazing service and beautiful food. Thanks for being a light and blessing to us.

This was my first time visiting this location, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The customer service was warm, attentive, and welcoming—everyone I interacted with made me feel like a valued customer. My açaí bowl was not only delicious but also prepared and served very quickly. The presentation was great, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The entire location is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, from the seating area to the counters and floors. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the space inviting and comfortable. Overall, I had an outstanding experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

The food and atmosphere is always good. I especially admire the employees and their dedication to a pleasant experience. My favorite people; Sheldo, Aneesia, Jarvis, Sheldo, and Molly are always kind and bring the best smiles. My only critique is the protein options. As an athlete and always in dyer need to meet protein metrics, I feel like this place should introduce whey protein isolate or casein protein. If you offer bovine creatine, there should be other protein options. Whey protein synthesizes better in the body than pea protein and it’s more nutrient dense. Overall, I’m grateful for this location and the people here. I always get the Fire Flour with extra spice!

This was my first visit, and I was immediately struck by how welcoming the staff were. The atmosphere carried an easy warmth that made the experience all the more enjoyable. It’s a wonderful spot for those seeking healthy and vegan options fresh, thoughtful, and satisfying. I left feeling both nourished and eager to return.
