Honeybee Coffee

Crema's Take
“Honeybee Coffee is a beloved local staple in Knoxville that excels at balancing serious espresso craft with genuine warmth and community vibes. The space itself is a draw—filled with rotating local artwork and designed equally well for lingering over a book or catching up with friends as it is for a quick caffeine fix. Multiple locations mean you can reliably find this welcoming, knowledgeable crew ready with excellent coffee and pastries, though arriving outside peak hours will let you actually enjoy the charm without the crowds.”

Best coffee shop in Knoxville. Has multiple locations that are all fantastic. Great service with great coffee and many other drinks. Good close location and very cute inside with fast service. If I could put 10 stars I would.
I’ve come here now on two separate occasions at 6:20 to 630. Just wanted to buy a bag of coffee beans both times I have arrived. There have been employees in the building and their door is unlocked, but when I go inside, I have been told that they are closed. Didn’t even want to buy a coffee. Just wanted to buy a bag of beans. Both hours on website and on the door both state that they close at seven.
Honeybee Coffee Co. is such a cute coffee shop! Great coffee and great atmosphere. The perfect spot for reading or catching up with friends. I also love seeing all the artwork in the shop! The staff members are friendly and helpful with the menu. My go-to is their cortado and iced vanilla latte. I highly recommend Honeybee Coffee Co.!
Such a great little local coffee shop! We were staying in an AirBnB in the area and walked down with the kids. Staff welcoming and knowledgeable! Coffee was delicious and we even got some ground on site to take back to Florida with us. The interior was awesome too and the atmosphere so calming. Thanks!
I have been coming here for years because the coffee products are very good! Their pastries are very convenient. However it always gets very packed and you have to come here at a good time. The place isn’t big enough for all the popularity it gets. Recently, they have been so packed that it gets louder than my earbuds (not very pleasant if you like soft ambient noise). The atmosphere and all the plants make it a great place to do your homework. The employees are helpful and outstanding at their job and the service they provide. I wish I could give it 5 stars, it’s just way overcrowded now.
