Fried Egg I'm In Love
3330 N Mississippi Ave, Portland, OR
Crema's Take
“Tucked into Portland's vibrant Mississippi Street neighborhood, this quirky spot channels a Beatles-inspired aesthetic while serving up inventive breakfast dishes that steal the show—the Yolko Ono is a cult favorite for good reason, with perfectly balanced sausage, pillowy eggs, and a zippy pesto that keeps people coming back. The space feels refreshingly unpretentious with excellent natural light, killer playlist energy, and both cozy indoor nooks and breezy outdoor seating that make it equally perfect for a solo coffee ritual or catching up with friends over really good food.”

This is such a great spot to enjoy awesome food and great vibes. They have vegan options as well. Check them out for really great food. The space is so cool.
TLDR: looks simple, tastes heavenly When we stopped by in the morning on a weekend, the line was long and moving super slow, so we left and came back in the afternoon, which turned out to be much less of a patience-testing situation. The sandwiches here are simply amazing - they look pretty simple, like they’d be nothing special but there’s so much flavor packed in them. I tried the Free Range Against the Machine, which was super delicious. The secret aardvark sauce also adds a ton of flavor for anyone who wants that kick of spice. My partner also really enjoyed his sandwich. They are a bit messy to eat since the egg is cooked with a runny yolk but it’s all worth it.
The Yolko Ono Deluxe is amazing! The atmosphere is unique and awesome, and the service is great. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Besides the seating out front there's also an additional outdoor private patio seating area accessible from inside. Best fried egg sandwich I've ever had. 10/10
First time at the Mississippi st location and love it. A bigger space allows them to flex their music theme and show off their brand to the fullest. Still can’t order anything other than the Yoko Ono, surely the best breakfast sandwich in Portland. Love it 💛
First time here and loved it! The “Yolko Ono” is awesome—The sausage patties aren’t too thick, same as the egg almost, and so flavorful. The bread is fantastic and the pesto sauce is zippy!! The ‘Rito Suave is super tasty. I had it with a veggie sausage and loved it. We also had the crispy hash browns and they were delicious as well. We would highly recommend!!
