Brazos Taco Bar

I ordered the chicken quesabirria. Franko was our server, I think that was his name, and he was very sweet! The restaurant was a little empty, which was nice. It’s cute. The food tasted good, but I probably should have gotten a regular quesadilla since it wasn’t quite what I expected. The salsa and chips were good too.

Food is plain terrible, Jesus Christ this place has no flavor, you eat here and think it's good you might not even have taste buds, as someone who's been around tex mex and Mexican food this place is missing a lot of the spices and cooking methods of any kitchen that does Mexican or Tex mex food, chipotle tastes better and that's not a good thing.

I went a couple weeks ago and my server Sydney was amazing and super sweet!! I ordered the blackened shrimp tacos and they were so delicious, Sydney did the very best job helping me pick out what to order! I can’t recommend this place enough! What a wonderful experience with such joyous service!

I was in town to sty for just a night when i stopped in to have dinner! Ordered tacos and a frozen margarita both were delicious! The bartender was the most nicest person ever and gave me the hour prices even though it ended after 5 minutes! I would definitely come back again!

Great place to try unique taco offerings. I tried the pork star with pork belly with watermelon. It was delish and well executed. I also had a brisket taco that was ok. I do not recommend the guacamole or the salsa. The guac was house made but the flavor off but the salsa was definitely premade. Meal does not come with chips and salsa either. 2 tacos with the chips and guacamole and salsa was $24. The waitress was very sweet and helpful and offered quick service.
