Crema's Take
“This Liberty Avenue gem serves up genuinely massive, delicious bagels alongside thoughtful specialty drinks and a full breakfast menu that caters to dietary needs with real vegan options. The staff's patience and generosity—they've been known to remake drinks without hesitation—creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps regulars coming back, whether you're grabbing a quick sandwich or hosting an event. It's the kind of neighborhood spot that feels like a natural gathering place, backed by an owner and kitchen team who actually care about getting things right.”

Just stop in I got a A breakfast bagel with bacon egg and cheese. It was awesome. They also have sandwiches to go. That’ll be my next thing to try. They have some vegan options. I can’t do dairy so the girll suggested a London fog tea. It was awesome. Thanks for serving great food also I like that you Deliver, I think my office would really enjoy the service ..
The bagels are HUGE! And delicious. Stumbled on this spot looking for breakfast on Liberty Avenue. Almost didn’t go in because all the food photos on their website and Google Maps are AI-generated, which is a shame because the actual bagels are massive, beautiful, and delicious. I had the Ruckus Breakfast Bagel on everything. Eggs, bacon, avocado, arugula, mozzarella, and their house sauce. It was so good and huge for $10. My kid had two breakfast bagels and destroyed them both. Had to take the second one to go and he ate it for dinner. The cappuccino was mediocre. Nothing I couldn’t make at home. Would not return for the coffee. The service was friendly and great. My only real critique is the interior. It’s inside a gorgeous building but the space itself feels unfinished. Supplies visible, refrigerator showing, just not aesthetically there yet. If they cleaned that up and matched the energy of the building, this would be a real gem. Go for the bagels!!
Loved it - the staff was so patient answering our questions, and even replaced a smoothie for free after a mistake/confusion. It was warm inside despite being a corner spot with a large front door and windows, downtown on a 6-degree day. The women working were so friendly, and it sounded like there is a positive relationship from owners & staff based on observations and conversations with them. Would go again.
I am a HUGE fan of the Shaler location so I am excited that they opened a second location downtown because in the summer, I LOVE to be downtown and this will be a staple for me when I am. I enjoyed my Ruckus breakfast bagel with sausage- YUM! The atmosphere was inviting and bright, especially on such a very cold day. I really loved the beautiful stereo in the corner with the high-back chairs, too. The staff was lovely and the menu had a wonderful range of options, some different from the Shaler location, so definitely has it's own vibe. If you have a need for a small space to meet as a group, don't hesitate to reach out. They are very accommodating and opened for our group on a day they are usually closed. Congrats on the new location.
I recently hosted an event here and everything about it was perfect. The owner and chef were true delights to work with, the staff was kind and attentive, the food was delicious and presented beautifully. I would highly recommend visiting this spot if you are downtown and in need of lunch, breakfast, a snack, or a beverage. Looking forward to the next time, I can get back there myself!
