Don’t be a barista if u wanna act annoyed when customers order

The drinks and croissant were great and the ladies working here were lovely. Unfortunately the guy working here clearly hates his job and makes no attempt to hide it. Same guy another reviewer posted a photo of… so apparently it’s not just a one-off. Find another job “dude”.

I’m an airline captain and was treated so rudely by your server Daniel this morning. He went out of his way to be mean and rude. He repeatedly, called me baby when I asked him several times not to. He kept doing it just to be rude. It was truly insulting and demeaning. And he was clearly getting some sort of perverse pleasure out of being mean to me would just like you to know about my experience and hope that someone else isn’t treated as rudely az I was. There is no reason to be that unkind to anyone This is picture. I’m not sure his name is actually Daniel Just thought you’d like to know how your customers are being treated for no reason. I will be tomorrow I would like to discuss the situation with a manager. It was truly unacceptable.

Went in for iced coffee. What looked like the manager was super friendly and kind. However the other female employee stood in front of me having a full length convo without him while I awaited being even seen despite being the only person in line. She was also listening to music in headphones the whole time which put a damper on the experience.

Great staff, friendly atmosphere, fast service considering how busy they always are. Which is no surprise because their coffee and food is top notch. I assume the manager was running the tills on the morning of April 21/2025, went out of his way to give us a discount because we purchased two bags of beans to bring back home. We were going through a hard time struggling with a loss of a pet and he made our fly home day so much better. His kindness will always be remembered. We will always get coffee from this place every time we’re in Palm Springs.
