Shibam Coffee is one of my favorite coffee spots. It is very well decorated. The chairs are comfortable. Staff is friendly. The coffee is great. I always get the Mofawar. It has a great ambiance. They play ethnic music at a reasonable volume so you can still have conversation and study without it being too loud or distracting. There is an outdoor patio as well. Parking is decent. Prices are on par for premium coffee shops.
The coffee house is bright and inviting without being so bright it hurts the eyes. The fresh croissants were perfectly done crispy and flaky on the outside. The pistachio cake was delicious and light and complimented the Adani tea I ordered perfectly. My wife had a seasonal coffee that she enjoyed. The couch seating was quite comfortable.
It was very pleasant dive to Middle East charm. Those who know how the real coffee should taste also know how hard to find a good one on this continent. Well… now you know where you can get it. I got mufawar and it was perfect, it was reach, velvety, and hold that delicate balance between cardamom and cream very well. My wife got Turkish coffee and it also was a great one.
Great and cozy coffee place! I had never tried Yemeni coffee before, so I asked the person at the counter for a recommendation, and he suggested the Sanaani. As he said, it was absolutely amazing — a real treat for the taste buds, and it instantly made my mind feel active and refreshed. The subtle touch of cardamom was perfect for this weather. I’d strongly recommend this place to anyone who hasn’t tried Yemeni coffee yet. And of course, a big shoutout to the wonderful ambience too!
Really good! Bit of a wait but it’s a Saturday morning so what do you expect. I had the Shibam latte iced with medium sweetness, great taste with spices too. My wife had the Oreo crème latte which was super tasty. When we come back I definitely want to try an iced matcha and a pastry. Staff were very friendly and welcoming! Great central location.
