Crema's Take

Lola's Kitchen is a tiny oceanfront gem run by a husband-and-wife team who treat every customer like family, with a Mediterranean menu anchored by some of Hampton's most beloved gyros and falafel wraps. Beyond the stellar food and honest prices, there's a warmth here that keeps people coming back—whether you're grabbing coffee and a pastry on the way out or settling in with a glass of wine to watch the water across the street. The owners' genuine hospitality transforms what could be just a quick stop into the kind of place that becomes part of your routine.

Lola's is thee place to go if you want to eat a Gyro. These are the best we have ever tasted and includes fries which were also amazing. We also ordered the Chicken Schwarma which was also excellent and was made with very generous portions. It is some of the best Mediteranean food we've ever eaten. This couple makes the best food. I swear there is nothing like it when you have found great food. They use a special ingredient in everything they prepare which is love. That does something to food and it shows. If we ever are in the area again, we will go back for more of their great food. Well worth the trip to this small place on the beach where you leave a member of the family.

Super friendly couple running the store. Prices and food are great ..got a large Italian sub, 6 pack beer and an oversized cookie for $24....sub was fantastic. Edit: went back the next day for breakfast and it was fantastic!! Super friendly. Large portions and he suggested zaatar which we had.never had before and it was great!! Edit: we came back again in the Spring for the weekend. Amazing breakfasts!! Wonderful people. So welcoming and full of stories. Wish we lived closer to visit more often.
