Crema's Take
“I appreciate you sharing this information, but I notice the reviews seem to be for "Oasis World Market" rather than a coffee shop called "Espress Oasis." The content describes a grocery/international market with food and merchandise rather than a specialty coffee establishment. Could you double-check the shop details? Once I have accurate information about an actual coffee shop—including details about their beans, brewing methods, roasting style, or signature drinks—I'd be happy to write that warm, specific summary for you.”

Very well stocked. Variety was plentiful. Easy to move through aisles. Merchandise wasn't in aisles causing chaos and crowding. Fresh foods well displayed and abundant. Very neat and clean.
I absolutely love it here. Whatever the ingredient, you have the best chance of finding it here, and the quality is always top notch. They also have some of the best snacks you'll ever find.
I want to share an experience I had today that was disappointing and uncomfortable. I am African American and biracial, though I am often mistaken for Hispanic. I visited Oasis World Market after a Kroger employee mentioned they carry better kimchi. Since the store is listed as a “world market,” I expected a welcoming environment with a variety of international products. I picked up kimchi and continued browsing for other items. During my visit, I received no customer service. Instead, I noticed several employees—who appeared to be very young—wearing hoodies and face masks and repeatedly following me throughout the store. They positioned themselves directly in front of items I was actively trying to look at, including quail eggs and Kit Kats, which made the experience feel intrusive and unsettling. The masks and hoodies also made it difficult to identify staff members. When I asked an employee stocking shelves where I could find Korean salsa, I was told, “No Mexican food here.” Given that I am frequently perceived as Hispanic, this comment made the interaction especially uncomfortable and felt dismissive and unnecessary—particularly since the store does carry salsa products. Overall, the experience left me feeling unwelcome and profiled. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this store to Black or Hispanic customers. No one should feel watched, dismissed, or uncomfortable simply for shopping. I hope ownership and management take this feedback seriously and work toward treating all customers with respect.
I’m not Hispanic…I’m African American , but I went to oasis because the guy at Kroger said Oasis has better kimchi.. and I’m like hmm “it does say “ Oasis world market” on google.. so I drive across the street.. grab my kimchi and browse .. then I start hunting for Korean salsa, or tomato paste… after no customer service whatsoever besides some weird girls in hoodies with mask on following me around and standing in front of products I was looking at (creepy) … I asked a dude stocking shelves where to find Korean salsa.. he said “no Mexican food here” … when they have salsa! if you are black or Hispanic don’t go here, they don’t want your business.. it’s an Asian space they want to keep that way.. they will follow you if you are black or Hispanic ,,
Needed an exchange cuz the package is not sealed. The female owner asked if I broke it on the way home, and said they would have saw it when loading on the shelf. Well, you didn’t. As a regular customer, who constantly spend more than a hundred dollar, why do I want to lie about something that’s $4??? Never encountered such rude attitude. Don’t expect any customer service, and check your item before leaving the store.
