chimlanh became an instant favorite! I tried their coconut việt cà phê and their tofu bánh mì. My iced cà phêcito was rich and decadent!! I like that it wasn’t overly sweetened and that the coffee flavor is strong. The tofu in the bánh mì had my taste buds raving!! It’s bursting with flavor. I could easily pound down three blocks of tofu if they are cooked like that. The fresh and pickled veggies were nice and crisp. It was a perfectly balanced sangweech. 🤌🏽✨ I loved the atmosphere as well! It’s a charming place. 💕

Chimlanh is tucked in a corner with its back facing the street. It’s unassuming but when you get there, you’re greeted with a colorful facade and plenty of outdoor seating. I got the Saigon coffee, which uses a coconut pandan foam on top of traditional Vietnamese drip coffee. I had some modifications to my drink due to allergies, and I was given suggestions as well for what flavors I loved the most. It’s a small business that I will start coming back to for my Vietnamese inspired lattes!

chimlanh is always my go-to “treat yourself”! I don’t get to come here often, but when I do, it never disappoints. Chef Reye, Lesley and Sang are the best. All of the drinks are delicious - from the ca one to the lemonades and teas, they’re so well thought out. Cedars Saigon has quickly become my new #1 drink! Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

This is under the same storefront and location as Sandwich Hag :) My husband and I love Viet coffee and have tried so many places in Vietnam in our lifetime and Chimlanh makes some of the best here! The coffee is flavorful, strong, perfectly sweetened!

Great coffee and breakfast! I stopped by this morning at 9am to beat the heat and traffic. After learning of this place from tiktok, I took the drive to check it out and I was so happy. The barista was so friendly and helpful, she checked in on me several times and even took the time to get to know more about me. I ordered the iced mocha coconut egg coffee and an egg banh mi. Everything was just superb! The coffee was the perfect combination of chocolate, coffee, sweet cream egg, and coconut. The banh mi was fresh, cool with all the delicious and crisp veggies, and the egg was fried over medium and the fish sauce was the perfect dipping sauce for the banh mi. I can’t express how great my visit here was, the cool morning air and hustle and bustle of the city was a great experience. I highly recommend that you stop by and check them out
