Ressler's Bagel & Deli

Lady at the register has no concept of customer service. Bagels and cream cheese were okay. I don’t get the hype.

It was a very good bagel sandwich, the bagel itself is top notch but, I felt there was just the tiniest bit of something missing from the over all sandwich. It needed more pepper jack cheese

I ordered takeout through DoorDash and was instructed to wait in a 15 minute line to get my takeout that was already sitting on the shelf and prepaid. Upon entering the facility I assumed that I was to approach the side where the shelf of togo orders were sitting in order to request my takeout as opposed to waiting in the line that was nearly out the door. A women came over to ask how she could help me. I said hello and showed her my takeout order screen and she confirmed it was on the rack but said “you have to stand in line for it” as she walked away. I wait in the long line only to receive attitude from the cashier who yelled “next” around me after placing my bag on the counter instead of in my hand that was outreached. The food was pretty good overall, but the customer service is lacking greatly.

this is hands down the best bagel shop in central PA -- the bagel sandwiches use boars head meat, they cook everything up right when you order, bagels made fresh daily. people are great, perfect vibe in this place. highly recommend the double down or the heartatack on an everything bagel. when they ask if you want the bagel toasted, say no. The coffee is just fine, not great not terrible. goes great with the sandwich though. it can get pretty busy in the mornings, but they move fast. these photos are at 9:44 after the rush.

My husband and I stopped here for breakdast while on a road trip, hoping for some good New York style bagels. We were not disappointed. We ordered the New York and the New Jersey, both on an everything, and they both were hot and delicious. Will definitely keep this deli in mind if we're ever in the area again! Some other reviews complain about the customer service being bad, so we were ready for delicious food and sub-par service, but we didn't have any problems at all. It's a no-nonsense New York style deli with fantastic food. We came away with nothing to complain about.
