Boki’s Tea House

I had the best customer service experience here! I asked if they could replace the black tea with green tea for my fruit tea order, but eventually ended up ordering my fruit tea with the black tea since it was better recommended by the staff (since they couldn’t vouch for the taste of green tea combination). When they called my order, they also gave me a sample of the fruit tea with green tea instead of black tea so I could taste it and see how it would end up. This was definitely above and beyond and I did not expect them to go out of their way to make me a small sample! It was such a simple and kind gesture that I appreciated so much. Both versions of the fruit tea were amazing, and I am glad they recommended me the black tea because it was delicious and much better than other variations of this drink that I’ve had elsewhere. I definitely recommend this place if you like refreshing teas and a great ambiance. The workers are so thoughtful and I felt like they truly cared about my experience as a customer and as a person. If you are a student they also give a discount (which the worker also kindly reminded us of before we paid too)! Overall, wonderful place and wonderful people. Show this place some love!

when i say im obsessedddd with boki’s ceremonial matcha!!! i’ve tried countless matchas at different cafes in chicago, and the fact my local cafe makes such an umami rich matcha latte is insane!! the color is vibrant green and the flavor really reflects how good the quality is; you can also customize what milk and fruit you want- i usually opt for the strawberry jam in mine with an extra gram of powder!! it’s so good, im obsessed ꒰ ⸝⸝ ◞ ˬ ◟ ꒱ honestly i’d wanna gatekeep it because their drinks are just so good but everyone deserves to have a sip of it ꒰ ⑅ ´ ˘ ` ꒱✧ love love love it🩷

Was craving boba tea and tried this place out today. Pleasantly surprised with the place and how simple and cozy it felt. Tried their Hokkaido with cheese foam and it was great - a bit too sweet but overall it was delicious. Do wanna say that it is a bit on the pricier side in comparison to other boba shops. Going to try other drinks from here in the future. Overall a good experience and no complaints. They even have a creme brûlée topping option which was quite delicious.

FINEST QUALITY DRINKS!! This place has a great vibe and friendly staff. I was given good recommendations and vegan options to choose from. The drinks were delicious and the prepared quickly. It seems to be a busy and popular cafe among locals. I got brown sugar almond milk and tasted yumm. Give it a try if you’re crazy about Boba drinks 🧋.

Location is super adorable! I love the aesthetics & the workers were super kind and accommodating with drinks. Peach yakult & strawberry green tea with milk foam were very good quality & yummy! Def one of my new go-to spots :)
