Interlude Coffee & Tea
145 Hudson St, New York, NY
Crema's Take
“Interlude is a serene neighborhood gem in TriBeCa where the baristas actually pay attention—they'll remember your name and nail your cortado every time. Beyond their espresso work (which reviewers swear rivals the city's best flat whites), they're equally known for exceptionally executed matcha and creative pastry pairings, all served in a calming space with outdoor seating that invites you to linger rather than rush.”

Cute little coffee shop. The barista spelled my name right on her own, for possibly the first time in my life at a coffee shop, and my cortado was exactly right. Will come here again.
Might be the best Flat White in NYC. But that is only my opinion you have to see it for yourself. It had some very different but warming notes i have never tasted before it was just a slight difference but made it so unique for me! Very nice place , although very few seatings.
What a beautiful location, serving the TriBeCa folks. We were surprised that we never notice it before, they opened months ago and We just found out today! Calming aesthetic and very good coffee and baked goods. We will be coming more often…
hands down best matcha in the area, good quality matcha steamed to perfection with a honey sweetener option. clean & peaceful indoor and outdoor areas.
Finally! A neighborhood cafe I can go visit every morning! The coffee and pastry are insanely good and creative. Check this out ASAP🥰
