The only complaint about this specific location is that they almost never have almond milk or oat milk. This location is out of several other products as well & this location is inside a hospital so it is frequented regularly.

Our barista was so great. We ordered multiple coffees and they were all filled accurately and she even wrote on each cup which one was which. Not all employees at that location do that and I appreciate it!

Got a caramel iced macchiato.. they made the wrong coffee for me. So they fixed another one that I asked for originally. They still charged me $11 for BOTH of those coffees and told me that I would get refunded. Well that was around 2 months. Unless you want your money stolen…
