Our barista was so great. We ordered multiple coffees and they were all filled accurately and she even wrote on each cup which one was which. Not all employees at that location do that and I appreciate it!

Got a caramel iced macchiato.. they made the wrong coffee for me. So they fixed another one that I asked for originally. They still charged me $11 for BOTH of those coffees and told me that I would get refunded. Well that was around 2 months. Unless you want your money stolen from you don’t go here and they screw up orders all of the time!!!!!!!!

I ordered an iced brown sugar cinnamon latte. As the barista made the drink I watched him put what seemed to be a few drops of espresso in it, before filling almost the entire cup with milk. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, as I typically don’t judge a latte before trying it. After taking a few sips, I’m honestly not sure if there’s any espresso in it. The customer service is normally good at this location and any other Java Moes I go to, but this barista seemed very annoyed that I even ordered a drink. He wasn’t rude necessarily, he just didn’t say anything at all and was on his phone even while making the drink. I don’t normally leave low reviews, but I am annoyed at paying close to 7 dollars for 16 ounces of milk.
