Horrible Service My company has been a customer of Coffee Break Service for years. We had a delivery driver that was awesome, never had any problems with him. The past couple of months we had a different driver, named Vincent. He walks around like he owns the place, never has everything we need. Always has an excuse. Time for a change.
I work on the outskirts of Kerman CA near Biola, in farm country... so I really have to depend on my Coffee Break Service for coffee. I love the coffee they provide and the various assortments of creamers. My driver is courteous and friendly and knows me by name. He keeps a good report of our inventory as stocks it as needed. I would recommend Coffee Break Service to any one who owns a business big or small. Keep up the great work Coffee Break Service!
We have been customers of Coffee Break for 13 years and have been happy with everything since day one. Solomon is the greatest rep ever! Always checking in to see if we need anything. Scott is an excellent representative of Coffee Break Service. He knows his business. Every time I call him, he is ready to help whether it be with my coffee machine or selecting a new variety of coffee to try. When I have problems, all I have to do is call and he comes. I can't see myself using anyone else.Excellent customer service!!
The owner of Coffee Break a services are the sons of the Dale Bro’s. There are some very good/nice people who work here.
