PDX Coffee Club

Wow, wow wow wow! I am sad I did not find this sooner. This coffee shop has probably one of the most curated and adventurous selections of coffee I've ever experienced. They rotate through a special coffee on a regular basis, which always makes going there a journey. They also have curated some of the best pastries and bagels in the city and it's amazing that this is a pop-up inside an existing restaurant, although they create this experience each day and provide top notch service to boot. I find this to be a highlight of my day each time I go, and you will too.

Coffee lover's delight. Espresso options include rotating single origins from various highly regarded roasters across the country. They use a Barista Hustle auto comb (IYKYK). There's always creative seasonal milk drinks with espresso as well as hojicha and matcha for non-coffee drinkers. Oh, and they probably have the largest coffee bean selection in the state. Joe always gives the friendliest service!

Hate to give this place 5 stars because it’s already blowing up but they deserve it. Try the specialty beans, definitely worth the small price premium if you love seeking new flavors and/or enjoy having your mind blown. Thank you to the small and mighty crew, always inviting and willing to share a few knowledge nuggets as well!

So happy to have this is Hillsdale! Finally an awesome local coffee shop! Having a wonderful local coffee shop that we can walk to changed our neighborhood. Delicious coffee and tasty pastries. Housemade/locally made syrups. The Avena latte is **chefs kiss** delicious. The Calabrian chili/scallion cream cheese on everything bagel is perfection. Every matcha I’ve tried is perfect. Wonderful chai—2 options that are both so uniquely flavorful. Friendly and welcoming owners, Joe and Vicente. And all the staff are so kind. 10/10. We have a 1.5 year old and we love hanging out on the back patio. We have met so many great neighbors while visiting PDX coffee club.

Thrilled they opened this new location, inside the Please Louise pizza restaurant. Hands down, Joe and his team are the most passionate, personable coffee aficionados in Portland and have elevated the entire experience of going out for coffee. Coffee is superb and a cut above the rest. Great variety of local roasters coffee by the bag to buy. Red Hen Bagels are next level.
