First time having a fresh and hot donut in years! So thankful for her gluten free offerings. The owner didn't have any made when we showed up late in the evening but offered to put some in the oven right away. Great conversation, great business!

The pastries and doughnuts were amazing. Best we have had on the island. The owner was so kind and friendly and took time to tell us of local attractions to go see. We will be going back for sure. We also found Gluten free cookies and granola for our gluten free family members.

Bernie, baker-extraordinaire, is having a banner week before her birthday! I went to her shop to lay claim to her delicious "goods" this morning. In no time, I had three boxes of fresh baked yummies in my hands: 4 colby-monterrey quiches, 3 cinnamon buns, 4 cookies and 2 donuts! Her selection varies daily but everything is freshly baked every day. And, it's all delicious! Happy Birthday, Bernie!

Delicious Vegan/allergy-free donuts!! We have nut, dairy, and egg allergies and have had a hard time finding baked treats on the island, until we found The Purple Cow! I was able to special order donuts that didn’t include any of our allergens, and the owner was even kind enough to purchase a special brand of vegan butter to accommodate a pea protein allergy! We were very impressed with her customer service and the donuts were delicious! Even those of us without allergies enjoyed the donuts! :) Definitely try them out! Ps. For those who are having trouble figuring out where this donut shop is, it doesn’t currently have a store-front (although the owner did say she’s getting a new storefront in November!), so you can either text your order in if you need vegan/allergy-free donuts (phone number is on their website), or stop by their donut stand at Fat Baby’s pizza on the mornings they are open.
