Maple Street Biscuit Company

10280 Pines Blvd Suite 102, Pembroke Pines, FL

Crema's Take

This Pembroke Pines spot transforms the simple breakfast formula into something worth returning to again and again, with made-from-scratch biscuits you can watch being prepared right behind the counter and crispy waffles that pair beautifully with their chai lattes. The casual counter-service setup keeps things efficient for a quick grab, but the quality of their execution—perfectly cooked eggs, flavorful sausage, and thoughtfully constructed plates—makes it equally inviting for lingering over coffee with friends or celebrating a birthday breakfast. It's the kind of place that masters the fundamentals so well that regulars keep coming back after a year, proving that consistency and care matter more than complexity.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now, and I still love it just as much as the first day I visited. My go-to order is the chicken and waffles with a chai latte, and it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the manager, Walter, really stands out — he’s welcoming and makes sure customers feel taken care of. The team is great about checking that orders are correct and keeping you informed about wait times. The line is usually short, and on average I wait around 10 minutes for my food. Even during busy times, the wait is typically 30 minutes or less, and they make sure to let you know beforehand and check in, which I really appreciate. This is a great brunch spot if you’re looking for something chill and relaxing. It works well for family, friends, or even a solo meal in a comfortable, family-oriented environment that isn’t overly noisy. Pricing is fair too — I usually spend under $20 for a full meal that keeps me full for hours. Highly recommend if you want good food, great service, and a laid-back brunch experience!

We went for my hubby's birthday, but I didn't know it wasn't a waiter served restaurant. Nonetheless, I really like the food! The waffles are crispy, the five dime taco was a bit messy to eat, but delicious! The grits were great and the orange juice is fresh squeezed. You order at the counter and if you choose to dine in, they will bring your food to you. The food was very fresh and nice. I now prefer this place over First Watch.

A great place that excels at doing the simple things exceptionally well. They had made their biscuits in full view, right behind the ordering counter. Seeing this straight away is an excellent reminder that, while it feels like a big franchise when you enter, it's more about ensuring their star product shines, and that's the biscuits. I loved the medium roast coffee they offer; it has a hint of maple that is a delightful surprise with each sip.

Place is nice and new. The staff was exactly too welcoming, but the food was great! The over medium eggs are incredible, the bacon is crispy and the sausage is flavorful. The biscuits are obviously great, and the jam is sweet and feels home made.

Found this spot some time last year and ordered food and had someone pick it up for me. It was good but not like order in good. So when my friend called and said "let's meet for breakfast " I said ohh I know a spot. We got there right at 7:05am (the day before Thanksgiving) Food was good and fresh. And the Chai Latte was everything!
