Fix your vending machines they never work but they’ll definitely keep the money you put in. What a joke. I miss the old style vending machine that would just drop it in the bottom.

I dont need to wait 5 minutes to be told there is no network connection or any other error for that matter. I shouldnt have to wait an entire second inbetween pressing a single button when selecting an item and i damn sure dont need to have $5 in my acct to just get a 1.10 dollar item.

The Total Vend Team is awesome, and we are very happy with our Vending Machines, Bistro to Go Micro Market, and all of the great food, snacks, beverages, and perks that they provide to our site!

The snack machine at the location at sypris technology on howard street in louisville KY sells melted chocolate bars..he leaves them inside machine after they melt..we rarely use the machine.the honeybuns have no flavor because they are a constant 80 to 90 degrees all day long in the summer..im waiting for someone to get sick and sue them Update 9/7/22 : they post charges to your account in amounts higher than what you pay for in machine and also if you swipe your card and it says error swipe again on card reader it still charges your account and they tell you they will fall off your account in 2-7 days but they never do.. I just got a lawyer to back track 4 years worth of fraudulent charges

These people have the rudest employees, and their management is stuck in the ‘80s and refuse to act professionally or respectfully. Their vending machines always have melted product in them. I have found many expired things. Disgusting.
