The bacon, egg and cheese bagel breakfast sandwich was a dream - it was hot, had excellent ratios of high quality ingredients, and was the perfect size. It was manageable to eat compared to other breakfast sandwiches that can be too big to bite or fall apart. It was literally perfect. I also ordered the most complex coffee order and it came out delicious. I love all the options of syrups. And, orange zest cold foam?! YUM!
It hits EVERY. TIME. We order from here about once a week. I typically get some seasonal beverage and my partner gets his caramel macchiato with al a carte bacon and potatoes. Today I ordered the honey ginger latte (iced) and...well... I don't think I've ever audibly said "OH" like that without needing a towel after. It's the perfect balance of sweet and umami in a beverage, and so simple. Elegant is the word. I also ordered the "gobbler" sandwich cause I knew I wouldn't be able to make lunch for myself today and wow, just seriously wow. It's delightful and I will consider it a crime if it isn't added to their year-round menu. It's also HEFTY- It'll be lunch and dinner. The perfect flavors to make you feel "festive" but also not sick of turkey and dressing. Brussels on a sandwich is a power move. I also have to note that every time I've gotten food here with potatoes as the side, they do not skimp. I don't know if I'm just catching the chef in a good mood every time or something but it's so nice to see breakfast potatoes not served in a bird size portion. 🩷 My only note is that their seasonal menu is still "fall", I don't know if they have any winter stuff but honestly, I'm NOT mad about being able to get pumpkin spice still. 😂
Another location that is serving high quality coffees and their own baked goods. The croissants look as authentic as French and freshly made daily by their bakery. Delicious drinks and beautiful ambiance. Parking is available as well as convenient drive through. Beautiful location.
THE best place for breakfast! Especially the avocado toast and the iced coffees with flavored foams. Every time I come into town, I come to one of the Ancora Cafes just to get the avocado toast with the shaved brussel sprouts tossed in honey, and cashew cream spread. It’s fantastic! They also have delicious fresh homemade donuts. And the prices are amazing! Yum!
So sunny and beautiful, with easy parking in the back. Bea welcomed me instantly with a huge smile, and helped me pick a drink when I didn’t know what I was in the mood for. It was a lightly sweet golden milk latte (which is a favorite of mine I’d forgotten about), and was absolutely delicious. Bea was so sweet, and even said goodbye as her shift ended and she was heading out the door. The space is filled with peaceful earth tones, and lovely lines. There are plenty of stools at the counters along the windows to chill and watch the activity outside.
