Crema's Take
“Salento pulls off something rare: genuinely excellent Colombian pastries (their buñuelos and pandebonos are the real deal) paired with thoughtfully steamed espresso drinks and a staff that makes you feel genuinely welcomed rather than rushed through. The space itself is the kind of comfortable, well-designed room where you actually want to linger over coffee and a book, and the baristas will check in on you without hovering. If you want specialty coffee that tastes great but in a warmly hospitable Colombian café context rather than a precious third-wave temple, this is worth the trip.”
What to expect
Espresso-focused. A slow-sit spot, good for meetings. Pastries on the menu.

See all on Google →I ordered a vanilla oatmilk latte and it was amazing!! The milk was steamed to perfection and I sat and read for a little. The barista was so sweet and asked if I wanted any more syrup, and the vibe was nice.
This place is so so so cute! I only tried a latte and it was nice
Best buñuelos and pandebonos I’ve ever had. Even my Colombian mother in law said so! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. We’re thrilled Salento has opened a second location!
Very good (drip) coffee. (I haven’t tried the others yet.) Pastries are delicious and fresh. The place is well designed, comfortable and inviting. I’ll be back.
