Gig Harbor Coffee Co
Gig Harbor, Gig Harbor, WA
Crema's Take
“This waterfront spot has become a genuine family gathering place where the coffee genuinely shines alongside unexpectedly excellent full breakfasts and grilled cheese that keeps people coming back. Their creative specialty drinks like the sea salt caramel toffee Frappuccino strike that elusive balance between indulgent and refined, while the baked goods and breakfast sandwiches prove they're serious about being more than just a coffee stand. The consistently warm, friendly staff have successfully transformed what could have been just another quick-grab into a welcoming destination where families actually want to linger.”

This is our families favorite coffee stand! So many drink options and how cool is it that they offer delicious food, like real food! My daughter loves the grilled cheese. I love the biscuits and gravy! I am not a huge seasoning fan so I ask for no seasoning. We really enjoy having this stand out on the KP ❤️
It's good, but their sandwiches don't come in a container that you can close while you're driving which is a little inconvenient.
I really wanted this to be a good coffee shop. It is very close to my home and the one there before wasn't family friendly. I have been there four times trying to give them every chance. I went there right when they opened. Asked for a large mocha. I got a 16oz cup and was charged $8.00. They had no prices posted. I let my wife taste it and didn't say anything. She said it tasted burnt, I agreed. It was the most expensive 16oz coffee anywhere in the area. I went back a few weeks later. I got another large mocha and this time a breakfast sandwich. Still no prices posted. Coffee still tasted burnt. The sandwich was good. I was charged almost $16.00. Still the most expensive place around. I went back again after some time and ordered the sandwich and mocha. Still no prices posted. The coffee was less burnt tasting. I couldnt finish the sandwich as it had spots that were extremly salty to the point I couldn't eat it. I do like salt. This was overwhelming. I was charged $19.72 this time. Again, the exact order I was charged 15.xx prior. Today I gave them one more try. Still no prices. I ordered the same mocha and the same sandwich. The coffee did not taste burnt but did taste watered down. The sandwich was again too salty but this time uniformly throughout. I couldn't finish it because of that. This time I was charged $18.00 I have three other coffee shops I pass on my way to work. All of them are significantly less expensive. All of them have good coffee and food and are very consistent. I may try this place again, but I will not if they continue not to post prices. If they are going to be the most expensive coffee shop in the area they need to work on consistency and quality. Even if they were the best in the area, their prices are still unreasonable. They are definitly not the best coffee in the area.
Best coffee I’ve ever had! I got the sea salt caramel toffee Frappuccino and it’s perfect, not overly sweet but just sweet enough!
Awesome and friendly staff, 100% family friendly coffee stop now. Baked goods are always a hit and their breakfast sandwiches are solid.
