Crema's Take
“I appreciate you sharing this, but I need to let you know that Towers in Jacksonville appears to be a residential apartment or assisted living community based on these reviews—not a coffee shop. The reviews discuss management, maintenance, bed bugs, parking, and living situations rather than any coffee-related offerings or experiences. If you have information about an actual specialty coffee shop you'd like me to write about, I'd be happy to help! Just share the correct business details and I'll craft that warm, specific summary for you.”

Mold, Mold, Mold. I lived here for 8 1/2 years. 5 different managers and 5 different maintenance crews. RHS the owners are out of California and they do not put the money back in the building. Everything breaks down and they patch it up. The new manager doesn't allow people reporting mold in their apartment to use the word mold any longer. The A/C in the building creates so much humidity and is the cause of mold and other issues. I was lucky enough to get in a better senior complex and couldn't get out of this place fast enough. There is so much more i could say. I wish i could have gotten out sooner. There may be worse senior complexes in Jax but if you have a choice take the other one.
My friend started living here after Covid hit. Her spouse died due to Covid and then she moved into building and got bed bugs so bad she could not live in building. Kept treating room and she kept getting bedbugs. My friend now lives on the street. Do not move in here. This is not a joke. I am not being vindictive this is a true story and should actually be on the news.
My sister has lived there for over two years and loves it. Management makes sure there are a variety of activities, the place is well maintained and response time is fast.
The place is decent. It's the parking that's an issue for many. There are very few. As a visitor there is never anywhere to park. I have found myself dreading visiting my loved one. I would like to visit more but no parking. Consider that before moving there or moving your loved one in this place
