Midnight coffee is without a doubt the best coffee I’ve ever had. I’ve been frequenting coffee shops since college and at this point I can’t even go into another shop, I will go out of my way to plan my day around a stop to Midnight! On top of that the staff is incredible— friendly, responsive and truly the “neighborhood” feel.
A nice little coffee shop bit pricey for what you get and for the area. Over 8 dollars for a dirt chai.
The coffee is so acidic that I could not finish my macchiato last time I got a coffee from here. I like the natural light, but today I went there to study and I was standing in line to order and the person at the register decided to help the person after me first, just walked out and went to Prairie lights instead. This place is convenient for how close it is to where I live but for bad coffee and bad service I would rather walk to Prairie Lights instead.
Great atmosphere and seating areas. Coffee was fresh and delicious as well as the pastries. They had gluten free options and my sister said the GF muffin was tasty.
My favorite coffee shop in Iowa City! They make my coffee so perfect and consistent everytime! I haven’t had their matcha or energy drinks but my number 1 pick for coffee!
