Pour Some Sugar on Me Sweet Shoppe

The ice cream was so grainy and flavorless. I kid you not, the banana split is 1/3 the size of a normal one. One of my ice cream scoops was about 2 spoonfuls and melted. All high priced. One of the staff was rude. Plus one guy said they hand-make it and the other said “we just bought this”

Quantity and quality of ice cream was very disappointing. Customer service was subpar definitely needed an attitude adjustment. And ice cream was grainy and very overpriced. Plus, it barely had any flavor, besides the hair I found in my ice cream.

Really disappointed. I wish I had something positive, but the ice cream was gross. Hard to describe, supposed to be homemade, just like a fake sugar. The flavors were like nothing I could even describe. The cupcake was slightly better, but overall just too sweet, not enjoyable flavor.

I have nothing to say other than it was so gross. The ice cream tasted multiple months old and like nail polish. It was super chunky and had a crunchy texture to it.

Pour Some Sugar on Me Sweet Shoppe was an adventure to say the least. Was vacationing with my family and we hit every tourist spot in the area. Went into this location looking for some good sweets and some excellent customer service and received one of the two. The food was ok, but the service was not what I would call knock your socks off. The staff was attentive when you could locate someone. They seemed rather young and chatty so they tend to huddle together talking amongst themselves. After getting someone’s attention I was helped with my order. I’m sure they get tons of tourists and are busy but to completely ignore customers is not ok. Would give this place another chance to win my business. Enjoy!
