Reno tea bar

Waited around 30 minutes for a “strawberry berry refresher” with popping boba. Needless to say this was just a cup of water with ice and some syrup at the bottom. If you want to wait 30 minutes for an overpriced mediocre drink, then this place is for you. Never coming here again.

Having lived in Southeast Asia for 3 years, my expectations for a boba tea is very high. This place was nowhere near good enough even for Reno standards, but since we don’t have enough of such places I don’t want to give bad rating and I really wanna support but they gotta act and significantly improve their quality for the very high price that they are charging.

Worst tea shop I have ever been to. Ordered two drinks and a strawberry acai bowl for a total of $30. The drinks did not taste how they were supposed to, and the boba was small and hard. The "acai" bowl was just strawberry blended with ice. No purple or acai flavor whatsoever. It had a little bit of fruit and granola on top. It was missing the coconut and chia seeds that were supposed to be in there. I'm pretty sure they were out of acai and just didn't tell me, because they turned off the menu sign for acai bowls shortly after they made mine. The wait time was also unusually long for only one customer in front of me. Never coming back.

I was looking forward to a refreshing drink after walking for hours in the mall. Drink was ok but I had higher expectations with the boba pearls. It was flavorless and chewy. I had the avocado milk tea 🧋 and it didn’t taste like avocado 🥑 at all. The place is nice and clean, they have restrooms inside which is a plus. Nice ambience and music choice. They had fast service and I appreciate it. However, the cashier wasn’t much helpful or welcoming. She wasn’t rude but a little smile or friendliness would go a long way.

Dude this place sucks so bad omg. They used to have great boba and services and I came today and they didn’t have anything in stock. They only had about 10 drinks and the rest were “unavailable”. I know that they had the drinks they were just to lazy to make it. They also ran out of cups to, if your a business it’s your job to get the supplies when they run out, not serve “boba” in a cardboard cup. They only had 4 types of boba and they were terrible. Like what the frick frack. It’s not a good business because they can’t keep up with buying the supplies. Haha imagine being a broke business. Anyways don’t come here it’s terrible.
