Shoprite

Really disappointed with this ShopRite. My dad had paid for all his groceries and was walking to his car when the anti-theft feature on the cart suddenly kicked in and completely locked the wheels. He flipped head-first over the cart and hurt his already bad knee. He tried to submit a complaint but never heard back. This shouldn't happen to paying customers, and it's incredibly frustrating the store didn't follow up. We definitely won't be returning to this location.

Zero stars. Randomly cancelled my order without a proper reason. Said the assigned uber driver cancelled it. This sucks, why use uber drivers if you're not gonna give decent cancellation reasons suchas out of stock. You can't reach anyone on their stupid site and we're supposed to call fro info and almost impossible to get someone on the phone. So much for thia A.I. bullshit. Showing items as available when they may already be sold out, bad comminication, etc. Will never order from this location again.

Store was nice and clean, and well stocked up. The only issue that I had whilst shopping was towards checkout. As I was checking out, the new cashier was reprimanded in a very rude and unprofessional manner regarding missing items under the cart. This is meant to be done in private and not in front of customers, let alone with the tone she used. This felt as a means of embarrassing the cashier in front of customers rather than correcting the actions. Otherwise I had no further issues with the store.

I ordered a pick up for groceries cause I didn't have time to go in and shop for myself. Due to a party I was throwing. I pulled in did everything it said on the sign and waited. The person came out pushed the cart out to me, cause she saw friends and wanted to chat, didnt say hello or verify the order with me. I shook my head and just bagged my items. a few items were not on the list that I ordered but didnt say why they werent on there. I noticed the cheesecake I ordered was not the correct size that was shown online. So I went In to return it and got a bigger size, I also decided to go check and see if they had crab balls back in seafood that I ordered with pick up, and well the crabcake balls I wanted were back there ( why weren't they in my order?) So I got those that I needed. Went back up front to customer service and finished paying. I got home and started making everything. The lemons were awful, very soft same with the limes, but then I get to the raspberries and nothing but mold on it ( see picture) I was pissed. The person did an awful job picking the food and didn't check the quality of anything. I would not come back to this place again.

Ordered online , 3 items were missing i called the store for a refund, they refunded me, however the main issue was with the 4th item that was wrong, I ordered chicken leg quarters and they didn’t have it in the store and they sent chicken thighs without calling or asking if I want this item … when I called they said we will let the manager know and will call you, no one called so I ended up paying about 14$ for chicken I don’t need … no refund or deliver the correct item and pick the wrong one. Basically forcing me to buy it… over all very bad experience what’s the point from ordering online if 4 items are missing/ wrong …..
