Rooted Coffeehouse Riverwood

My wife and I have been members of a bigger brand for 20 plus years. Over time its service and quality went down. Now we enjoy locally owned businesses such as Rooted. The team is friendly. They explained points do not expire, and you do not have to spend hundreds to earn and use them. They take the time to explain menue items even when the place is busy Rooted offers military Active and Retired discount. It is nice when businesses do this. We thank Rooted for doing so. We have been to several Rooted locations, the service and quality are consistent. Highly recommend this business.

Owners and managing family need to do better. Pretentious bunch who are unorganized; expanding the business without taking time and care to protect their current locations. There are other coffeehouses in the Augusta area with stronger morals- Trellis and Relic are fab and my top choices. Staff amazing bunch- cool, kind, and professional.

This places is great! Stopped there for lunch and enjoyed everything. You must try their sandwiches! I had a Spicy Chicken, and a member of my party had the Salmon Bagel which was very tasty and fulfilling! Will definitely return!

I enjoyed this coffee house! Finally tried it over Spring Break! Had several customers ahead of me in line, but went very fast. The cashier was friendly and bubbly. Going inside was the better option since the drive through requires you to place your order at the window, not speaker. The aesthetic inside is cute and trendy! I enjoyed the Vanilla Lavender Latte and two kinds of toast, which were quite delicious! Blubs & Cheese and PB & Banana! Both were nice and thick and could hold up against the toppings. They could have been toasted just a tad more, but that’s really a matter of preference. The latte was different and light/refreshing!

I visited Rooted Coffeehouse for the first time today and it was an amazing experience! I ordered the Fat Coffee and Avocado Toast and they were fantastic. The presentation of the food was beautiful and the taste was perfect. The decor and ambiance of the coffeehouse was gorgeous. It has a great local community, relaxing vibe. I will definitely return when I visit in the future.
