New Mexico Piñon Coffee Sunport
2200 Sunport Blvd, Albuquerque, NM
Crema's Take
“Nestled in Albuquerque's Sunport, this roastery has earned a devoted following for its genuinely excellent espresso and pour overs that justify the drive from across state lines. What really sets them apart is their commitment to making things right—when issues arise, the team (particularly Teesh) goes above and beyond to restore your faith in them, turning potential disappointments into moments of genuine delight. Whether you're grabbing a quick specialty drink or stocking up on whole beans, you'll find seasonal offerings and fair prices that consistently exceed what you'd find at national chains.”

I recently had an issue with a mail order bag of whole beans - Teesh went over and above to make the issue right and I found myself surprised and delighted. This, by itself, should be praised but the great customer service on top of the great coffee has made me a lifetime customer.
Great coffee worth the drive from California just for the coffee. Blew about 300 bucks worth every cent. Starbucks has nothing on New Mexico piñon coffee!!! I only wish they had pumpkin spice 🎃in 5lbs bags 🎒
I WAS A MAIL ORDER customer. This is the 2nd box that has 96 UNSEALED SINGLE SERVE CUPS and the coffee is everywhere when box was opened due to unsealed cups. See photos. Twice this has happened but it will not happen to me ever again.
This used to be a place I would pay more for coffee because it used to good and the customer service was good but I have to say after paying $105 for 2 bags of coffee that weren’t even ground right after being rudely told I couldn’t grind the coffee myself and that the lady behind the counter had to grind it I’m not sure I’ll be spending my money here anymore. It was almost like she thought I was gonna steal the coffee. She never even asked what grind I wanted just started grinding the coffee. Now my coffee looks like tea instead of coffee because she didn’t do a fine grind for my auto drip coffee maker. It’s a course grind and doesn’t taste right. What a waste of my hard earned money
Always a great place to stop for some yummy coffee to bring home. Depending on what time of year you go you can find a variety of flavors. You can also get some really great deals. They have some fun games, hand creams and other gifts around the shop too.
