Koko Coffee
226 Causeway St, Boston, MA
Crema's Take
“Just steps from North Station, this spot nails the balance between a quick caffeine fix and a lingering hangout, with genuinely warm staff who actually engage with customers and offer real suggestions. Their cortados are exceptional—silky and well-executed—and they pair beautifully with standout pastries like their marble bread and incredibly fresh lox bagels, plus they've got solid caffeine-free options if you're looking to skip the coffee buzz.”

They were super nice and gave me suggestions. The lox bagel was amazing and fresh. Coffee was unique and super smooth.
Nice location, super close to north station. The coffee is nice, great marble bread!
The staff was so nice when I visited. The coffee itself was not bad but it tasted a little burnt. However, it was one of the better cortados I’ve had in my life — smooth and creamy. The croissant however, was not very flaky and was heated so much that the filling became more of a syrup than a paste. There’s also very minimal seating here!
Koko Coffee has good drinks and service, and overall a nice vibe. The atmosphere could be a bit cozier, but everything else was fine.
We stopped into Koko coffee for a quick drink & snack and had a great experience. I don’t drink caffeine and they had ample caffeine free tea options, so I ordered the ginger lemon tea which was delicious. I also had the almond raspberry gluten free bread which was also delicious! Looking forward to coming back here!
