Juliette's Cafe' & Coffee Culture

Crema's Take
“Tucked into Laguna Beach, this French-inflected café feels like stepping into a Parisian dream with its charming décor and curated aesthetic that extends even to the beautiful tea sets they have for sale. The espresso work is solid and unpretentious—think perfectly pulled cappuccinos and cortados—paired with thoughtfully made light fare like their famous raisin scones, though fair warning that the prices reflect the coastal location and carefully crafted experience. It's the kind of place where the line moves quickly despite the slow-sit vibe, with plenty of outdoor seating to settle in and linger with your coffee.”

Juliette’s Café is absolutely beautiful inside, with charming French décor that instantly makes the space feel special. They even have really pretty tea sets for sale that match the aesthetic perfectly. The pastry case is full of delicious options, and their coffees and teas are fantastic — especially with the variety of homemade syrups. They also have a very good brunch menu, making it a great spot whether you’re stopping in for a quick coffee or sitting down for a relaxed meal. It’s self-seating, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and there’s a lovely patio outside if you want to enjoy the fresh air. Such a sweet, inviting place — perfect for brunch, coffee dates, or a peaceful morning treat.☕🥐🇫🇷
This is my third visit. I usually don’t return to places unless both the service and the prices are good, but this place keeps bringing me back. Not only are the dishes delicious, but the beautiful plates also draw me in. I’ll definitely be back again next time.
Nice modern yet rustic coffee restaurant with great food and a small selection of beer. Only been here on Sundays for brunch after a group workout and it's pretty busy. The line to order sometimes move quick and sometimes very slow. Everything we've tried were delicious and would definitely order again (breakfast burrito, Burger, chilaquile, baked goods, cappuccinos and lattes).
Im a brew at home french press kinda gal. This morning a treat for me. Raisin scone and a cup a Joe. $10.78 😶 6 dollar scone! the dishes are beautiful however, you'd think they'd offer a cloth napkin with"dine in" for THAT price. Have costs for ingredients increased that much?!? Black cup of coffee is 4 bucks? Hmmm Well, it is Newport / Costa Mesa, high rent = high priced goods. Nice pleasant environment. Friendly service. Kinda dull color palette, beigh, black, tan, white. A pop of color in way of art would be a nice addition. (Rotate local artists would be EXCELLENT) I'll probably come back for a meeting, few times per year, although there are so many cool coffee shops near, this one not a go to for me and my preference is in my kitchen, home brew.
Excellent all around! I’m not always a fan of the order first and sit down system, but they move quickly here and quality is still high. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Cappuccino and Cortado were both on point. Food was carefully crafted and very tasty. And service was great! Asked for a few things from the folks bringing out the food and they were quick to come back and provide it. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Definitely coming back to this place!
