Vacancy Coffee

I usually bike here on weekday mornings and must say it’s great coffee. However, my pet peeve with this place is their patio seats and tables are always drenched with dew in the morning, and you have to remind them every-single-time. Sometimes they just clean the table you pick and leave the others drenched. I guess customer seating is an afterthought?

Super cute coffee shop with nice outdoor seating. I ordered an iced matcha latte and it was really good. They also sell fun merch. I couldn’t resist and bought the cutest cup! Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

This was my first time here and my friends and I absolutely loved it. They had a line out the door, but it was so worth it. You can tell that they actually care about consistency and quality. The drinks did not taste rushed and the workers actually took the time to talk to you instead of getting through the line. I’m not from the area, but will definitely be back!! The spot is also super cute!!

Other than the parking issue, it’s a great spot to grab a coffee and chit-chat. The chocolate croissant was a solid 5/5 with plenty of chocolate, and the iced latte was delicious as well. The coffee quality is really good.

Great coffee, I usually order drip coffee, no milk, no sugar. And it’s just black coffee and it tastes fantastic. Pastry is also always great. The back yard is small but cozy.
