Arthur's Public Market

Crema's Take

Tucked inside Schenectady's public market, Arthur's serves genuinely creative specialty lattes (think pumpkin french toast with oat milk) alongside thoughtful pastries and light food in a bright, airy space that feels both cozy and communal. The vibe is refreshingly unhurried—you can grab a quick cold brew or settle in at one of their large tables with a matcha and a fig and brie sandwich while browsing the market's specialty coffee, tea, and home goods. It's the kind of place that makes you want to linger, filled with the kind of genuine warmth that keeps people coming back even if they're just passing through the Capital Region.

Pumpkin french toast iced oat milk latte - top five best latte I've ever had in my life. The quiche is delightful. This place is so cute and cozy. 10/10 recommend!

This place is fantastic. The drinks are great. The food is great. The decor is great. The location is great. My only gripe…all the chairs are pretty uncomfortable, but I’m old so, grain of salt.

an adorable cafe with great drinks and an open, airy seating area. we ordered a strawberry lemonade, a matcha, an earl grey lemon loaf, and a fig and brie sandwich and sat at one of the large communal tables to enjoy our treats. there is plenty of seating, and a good mix of people socializing and people reading/working on their computers. they also sell locally made pantry goods as well as cold sandwiches and other food to go.

Super cute cafe, def would stop here again if near Schenectady or Albany even. Food and coffee were great and the cafe/market offerings for snacks and home goods was superb. Very chill vibe too!

What an adorable place! Lots of tables, lots of items to buy, nice counter filled with baked goods, shelves with specialty teas and coffees. I tried a iced latte with blueberry and lavendar flavor. My friend had chicken salad and an iced matcha. Located in the Stockade District, so we took our drinks down to the water and then walked around a bit before we had to leave. Loved it, people there working on their computers. I would def go back again. Staff helpful and quick.
