Employees are helpful and friendly, smoothies are consistent and well-made. They have some less common supplement brands and variety for people with special dietary needs. The ready made prepped meals are pretty good. A little expensive.

A comment about the Huntsville store (5000 Whitesburg): I have been there on several occasions. The employee Chris Hopkins, he has always been the greatest help ever, in any store that I have ever been in. He is the most friendly, helpful & courteous person of all time. This attitude and respect he shows his customers means a lot to me and I just wanted to tell someone. On the other hand I have called this same store a few times with questions and a female employee has usually been very short with me and not helpful at all. Please commend Chris for his super professional attitude (consider a pay raise for him), maybe he could teach your other employees a few things.

I have been coming here for about 6 years. I love this place always has had great customer service unfortunately thing have changed a little bit. Chris is fantastic and really knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. Sadly there is a new employee I don’t know her name but she is just very very unfriendly to the point I typically just wait the next day until I see Chris or someone else. I hope some changes can be made in the future and focus more on hiring friendly and caring staff.
