Red Owl Coffee Company

This is the very first google review I have ever made. That’s how much I enjoy the atmosphere at this Red Owl. I almost didn’t even make this review because I selfishly don’t want it to get more crowded. But, I also want to support the success of this business so I can keep coming here and so, here we are. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a “welcome in” and my order is taken almost immediately. Delivered to me with a smile, my order arrives shortly after I get settled in my cozy corner chair. My drink is delicious and consistent - I always order the same thing because I’m a creature of habit and I like what I like. And that’s why I’m going to keep coming back here. Because I like them!

Always glad to visit the Red Owl. Love their coffee. I always get a Dosta or a Double Agent and its always great. The food is excellent as well. I normally grab a croissant with bacon and cheese and its an excellent way to start my morning. The staff is always friendly with a smile on their face. Great team at this location and its always a pleasure to go there.

I keep having to change my review because this location keeps getting worse. I’m not paying $6 for 98% ice. Do better. The staff need to be trained on customer service, consistency and professionalism. I walk in and nobody greets anyone. They are gossiping with each other through their headsets. I’m just really bummed because I love a dosta but these are the reason’s I won’t be coming back

GOOD COFFEE ✅️ I had a plain black coffee and and everything bagel with cream cheese. The coffee was brewed fresh and was good. The everything bagel was great. My server was pleasant and friendly. The atmosphere is cool with woodwork and art. Overall it was a good experience. My only criticism is that the food is overpriced. A small breakfast croussant sandwich is close to $7 and bagels are $3 each.

Great little coffee shop! Got a cold brew and it tasted great and was just what I needed! Great atmosphere there with indoor and outdoor seating! Staff was super friendly and very attentive!
