Crema's Take

Tucked inside Treasure Island Hotel, this casual breakfast spot punches above its weight with a legendary pancake tower that's as shareable as it is Instagram-worthy, alongside solid avocado toast and full breakfast spreads that make it worth the detour even if you're not staying at the resort. The vibe is relaxed and family-friendly—perfect for lingering over coffee and conversation—though the pastry case looks prettier than it tastes, so stick to the hot items and you'll leave happy. It's unpretentious comfort food done right, with the kind of service that occasionally surprises you by going the extra mile.

This restaurant is located within Treasure Island Hotel and Resorts. My husband and I woke up famished while on vacation and decided to give them a try. I wasn't expecting much but was really pleasantly surprised. Come on let's talk about it. We arrived and were seated almost immediately. My husband being the "jokester" he is, asked our server Alejandro for a Long Island Iced Tea. He smiled and said "I Got You!" 🤣 My husband was taken a back a bit and said "Are you serious?" He said sure we have a full bar in the back. I laughed so hard and told my husband "Yep you've met yo match." We placed our drink order, no alcohol (yet) and proceeded to view the menu. Cassandra our server for the remainder of our visit came over. She was very pleasant, extremely personable and assisted us in placing our food order. She made wonderful suggestions on areas we should visit while in town. We really enjoyed meeting and talking with her. Our food arrived and it was just what we wanted. I ordered the Traditional Breakfast with Sourdough toast, crispy bacon and crispy potatoes. My husband ordered an omelet with bacon, Chorizo, green peppers, cheese and I'm not sure what else. It all looked great and tasted even better. It was cooked specifically to our individual requests. We couldn't have been happier with our meals. Cassandra came back to check on us and we told her about a negative experience we had in another establishment within the resort. She informed her manager Corey about it. He came over personally and apologized, even though it wasn't his restaurant, let us know he would be providing the feedback to the manager of that restaurant to address and offered to treat us to a drink the next time we came to his restaurant to visit during our stay. I so appreciated him acknowledging our experience and doing what he could to address it. Larry came over to assist in clearing our table and he had the best smile and demeanor. You can tell Cassandra, Alejandro, Larry and Corey all work flawlessly as a team to take care of their customers and provide them with excellent experiences. Thank you for keeping stellar customer service alive! Check them out and tell them "hello". YW! ✌🏼

Great location. Food is good. Good prices. Don't recommend the pastries. They are dry and definitely don't fit the items in the display case. Pancake tower is amazing and shareable. Avocado toast is amazing. Highly recommend.

I ordered my breakfast that Scrambled eggs with Hashbrown and hot Cappuccino 🔥 so yummy. The portion so big but cheap also.. Love it ..the shop is in the hotel that's it easy to see when you walked pass to your room in the hotel.. I recommended this the coffee shop , if I have time will to come by to eat again.. ❤️

A place to have a breakfast in the morning. Nothing fancy nor remarkable. It does the job from a food perspective. Service could be far nicer. It was not possible to get the table until we were all together. The place could be refurbished much as the whole hotel. It gets old and this is visible from an ambiance perspective. Quality of food: 3* Taste: 3* Culinary innovation: 0* Service: 3* Ambiance: 2* Quality/price ratio: 3*

This place is absolutely underrated. It was such a pleasure to have 2 breakfast on our latest visit to Vegas. The food was great. The service amazing. The chef changed some of the plates after we asked if it can be done and that was wonderful. It is like a diner with a nice and charming decor. Try it, you’ll be glad you did.
