Prodigy Coffeehouse
3801 E 40th Ave, Denver, CO
Crema's Take
“Prodigy Coffeehouse transforms a former garage into a sun-drenched space where thoughtful details matter—from in-house made syrups to their nitro cold brew that keeps regulars coming back, all while supporting a social enterprise that trains young adults. The bright, plant-filled room opens completely to Denver's mountain views, making it equally suited for a focused work session or a meaningful meeting, with their espresso craft and homemade pastries elevating every visit.”

I adore Prodigy. Everything about this organization is so thoughtful. The coffee is delicious. They make their syrups in house. The nitro cold brew is my go to. The service is amazing. And they have free community meeting space you can rent. 10/10. A must for all coffee and community lovers.
This is the most unprofessional, lazy, and incompetent service I have ever had at a coffee house. It took them 25M to make 2 coffees and there is no one here but myself and my husband. I watched the barista take her sweet, sweet time a flirting and laughing with some giggles and googly eyes at the other barista for 25M! And on top of that, the coffee is trash. Don’t come here. These reviews lied to me. I’m from out of town and I am very disappointed. 25M yall.
I’m impressed by Prodigy Coffee — not only for their delicious drinks and welcoming space, but also for their inspiring business model. Prodigy is a social enterprise that trains and mentors young adults through hands-on experience in the coffee industry. I had the pleasure of meeting Emilia, their Learning Manager. The space itself is beautiful — there’s open-air seating perfect for sunny Denver days, ample parking, and even a convenient drive-through if you’re on the go. Whether you’re looking for a place to get some work done or just want to grab a coffee to take with you, it’s a great spot. They also offer a well-designed community space for meetings or gatherings, which makes it feel like a true neighborhood hub. Highly recommend stopping by, supporting their mission, and soaking in the good energy! Thanks, friends and see you next time!
The space is full of light and the plants add such a great flare of color! And don’t get me started on the fact all the doors open! Such a great space. And they have a meeting room too which is always super nice to have! I got a matcha and I’ve never been a fan of the super bitter, but man, this one just hit!
Cool little spot that's in an old jiffy lube or mechanic garage. Weather was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the mountain views. They also have a drive-threw window. Have some breakfast pastries and free WiFi
