Hyper Energy Bar

i ordered a large drink from them & they absolutely messed up my drink. i went back into the drive through & they said “they made the order right, so we can’t remake it unless you pay again” it tasted bitter when it’s supposed to be sweet & the color was WAY off. I don’t recommend coming to the Urbandale hyper because this ISNT the first time my drinks have been messed up

Absolutely wonderful, everything here is amazing from the energy in your drink to the energy in their staff, my boyfriend had got me it a couple times before, but I went personally today after signing up for rewards when I seen an ad say if you sign up, you get a free drink, you do not have to make a purchase as well. My energista was wonderful she was so kind and I did a surprise drink, she brought me the Iced Caramel Crunch, she even made sure to ask what milk for the drink before making it, I cannot remember her name but she was incredible and made my experience here absolutely wonderful, I think she deserves a raise, her energy was strong, kind, and very helpful. I love to see such cheerful employees at places like this. I will definitely be back again soon! Keep being amazing, you all are doing a great job!

Everyone I know loves this place. My wife likes to take the family there, my kids stop by after school, even the guys I coach stop and get drinks before the weekend games. I it took me awhile to try it but once I did, it became one of my favorite treats. If you haven't tried it yet, what are you waiting for?

I LOVE HYPER! It being so close to my house it’s actually dangerous for my bank account. The workers at the Urbandale location are nothing short of amazing and love that already know what drink I’m going to be getting. Surprise, I’ve only ever gotten the Pink Power 💕 Love Hyper and this location!

I just want to give a shoutout to all the workers at the 86th location! They are all great! I don’t know all their names, but Sasha, Sammy, Sawyer, Cassie, Conner etc. All great humans! Always know what I want when I get to the window or before I get to the window my drink is made. That’s customer service! ☺️☺️☺️. I also love hearing their life stories and connecting it each one. You don’t get that at a lot of places and to have workers who care and are dedicated to their jobs is hard to find and very professional of them. I have been going for a year now, even with Ethan was there before he went to Altoona and Sammy who went to Waukee! Number 1 favorite location!
