Crema's Take

Tuscany Cafe is a beloved neighborhood gem that blends Mexican and American comfort food with genuine warmth, earning consistent praise for standout dishes like their crispy chicken quesadillas, fluffy pancakes, and excellent paninis. The relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere and attentive staff make it an ideal spot to linger over breakfast or a coffee, though the kitchen shines brightest when you stick with their specialty items rather than the basics. It's a true locals' favorite where the food and hospitality matter far more than the polish—the kind of place where regulars return again and again.

THEE best staff and food. A mix of Mexican and American done perfectly. Relaxed atmosphere. Best chicken Quesadillas I ever had. Excellent paninis and French toast. Superb empanadas. Best kept secret in Havertown!!!! Oh and clean as a whistle! The owners - 2 Latin American friends - do an outstanding job.

Food was good and tasted very fresh, the Tuscany Pancakes were small but fluffy, and the breakfast tacos were great. It’s a good quiet place for a light breakfast. Also they have a full coffee bar with cappuccinos and lattes.

My son took me to Tuscany to Celebrate Mother’s Day, we have to wait a little bit (totally understandable) the staff was nice and friendly. My breakfast was yummy 😋 I will definitely be back and try something else from their menu.

Food was mid, eggs, toast, potatos, sausage. Limited breakfast menu. Table settings were dirty. Closing staff didn't do sidewalk. Ketchup bottle was greasy, hot sauce had accumulated sauce around cap. Dining room was dark.

I love hole in the wall places because they usually have the best food. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed... and hungry. I got the turkey sandwich and for $14.50 I just expected to be more full. There wasn't enough cheese on it and it was just overall a small sandwich. I could've gotten a bigger sandwich at wawa for half the price. My husband got the chicken cheesesteak, which was a more sizeable meal, but the fries that came with the sandwich were clearly cooked in old oil and super gross. My son got the kids quesidilla and that was the biggest portion (for the cheapest cost oddly enough) and that wasn't bad. Aside from that, there was no true parking, which was just a pain. Again, worth it if the food was good but it wasn't. The coffee was just okay. Everyone was nice but I would not go back. Turning Point has a very comparable menu and is far better. Sorry!
