Crema's Take

This intimate Japanese-run café in Williamsburg punches above its weight with meticulously sourced matcha and espresso-focused drinks that transport you straight to Japan—reviewers rave about the earthy, nuanced matcha and the owner's direct connection to their suppliers. It's a tiny gem designed more for lingering than rushing, with charming dine-in ceramics that elevate even a quick visit, though the grab-and-go vibe means don't expect a sprawling space or overly chatty service.

So good - took me right back to Japan with their delicious coffee/specialty drinks! I didn’t love how the iced drinks were served in hot paper cups though - drinking and iced cold brew out of a cup with no straw for $7 is not my preference but otherwise the drinks are delicious! I tried the matcha latte and cold brew - both phenomenal.

Very cute inside. Had an excellent oat milk latte with one of the variant matcha teas. It was more earthy than standard matcha which I loved. This is more of a grab and go. There is one bench inside that could sit max 2 people.

Nice local cafe. GREAT matcha from Japan! I think the owner (or someone who works there) is actually from where the matcha is imported from. Highly recommend going if you’re in Williamsburg, BK, New York. This place is a hidden gem. Also I love the interior plant decor and rustic charm.

Super cute tiny Japanese run cafe with solid coffee. A little on the brighter / acidic side for my taste but would def come back. Also love the dine-in cups.

Lovely coffee, very good quality. Staff were not so welcoming or polite & I was given a a not so nice look when I asked for my drink to be in a mug rather than a paper cup! It’s a shame they don’t have bar stools by the window to enjoy your coffee inside, there is ample space for the. The decor is very quaint, green & beautiful.
