“This is an airport lounge at Savannah International Airport (not a traditional coffee shop), and it's a bare-bones rest stop with wifi issues, minimal food and drink options, and staff who often seem disinterested in serving you. Multiple reviewers mention having to ask for snacks and dealing with attendant indifference, and the space itself is small and dated with limited seating. It's free for American Express Platinum members and works fine if you just need somewhere to sit between flights, but don't expect any hospitality or a memorable coffee experience.”

The lounge is dated and small. It only has coffee and tea. You have to ask for the cookies from the front desk staff. You do get some privacy from the crowded waiting areas though. The customer service was decent.
