Knox Base Coworking

Our organization hosted our annual board planning retreat at Knox Base, and the mezzanine was the perfect set up for a day of connection, collaboration, and learning! The staff at Knox Base thoughtfully helped us plan for the day making set up, lunch, and tear down easy. It was also GREAT having Partial coffee right downstairs. We are so thankful that Juliana and her team poured love and life back into the building so it can serve and connect the community in so many ways. We will definitely be back!

Hiiiighly recommend Knox Base! I used to bounce between coffee shops whenever I needed to escape my apartment and trick my brain into being productive, but Knox Base fully changed the game. It has all the benefits of getting out of the house, without the chaos that inevitably comes with coffee shops once they get busy, loud, and crowded. The space is quiet, the Wi-Fi is reliable, and everyone around you is also working, which somehow makes it so much easier to focus. There’s plenty of room to spread out, and the natural light is a huge win, especially for long work sessions when you don’t want to feel like a cave dweller. And honestly, having Partial Coffee right downstairs is the cherry on top (a brown sugar oat milk latte is basically part of my workflow at this point). Knox Base is the kind of place where you show up planning to work for an hour and suddenly realize it’s been three. Cozy, calm, and genuinely designed for getting things done.

The Knox Base has been a huge blessing for the space we needed. From the very beginning, Cas has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, which truly makes all the difference. The environment is peaceful, professional, and inspiring and is perfect for anyone running or growing a business. It’s a space that allows you to stay focused while also feeling connected to a community. Anyone with a business or creative work will genuinely enjoy working here. And as a bonus, the coffee shop downstairs is hands down one of the best in town, which makes the experience even better.

We absolutely LOVE the Knox Base! The staff, especially Cas, are so helpful and accommodating. We rent the space every Sunday for our Church and it has been such a blessing. If you are looking for a workspace for any need, this is BY FAR the best space in Knoxville!

Knox Base has been a dream home "base" for my business. Between the incredible people, the quality coffee, the versatile space, and a winning location (central to downtown, ample parking, AND walkable to some great lunch spots?! A dream I tell you.) –– it’s everything I need in a work environment. It strikes the perfect balance—creative and vibey, but still focused and functional.
