Tasty spot for coffee in Blossom Market Hall with some fun, unique flavors and themes. We tried a Mango Sticky Rice Latte (iced) and a Coconut Coffee (hot) - loved them both! The coffee is smooth and mild and the milk is thick and creamy. Both drinks had great flavor balances for their themes (mango and coconut). I LOVED the mango cream and sticky rice cream on top of my latte - excellent flavors and textures! They have matcha drinks and caffeine free drinks as well, along with trendy Vietnamese coffees (their specialty), egg coffees, and a fun seasonal menu. They have some sweet treats on their menu like croffles and cookies and even pandan mochi. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Prices are on par for the area for the specialty drinks and very reasonable for other lattes and items. Lotus & Bean (formerly called AK Fresh Roast) is towards the back of the market hall and there’s plenty of free parking on site. The vibe in the market is lively and inviting - with lots of seating options to enjoy your drinks. Loved our drinks and will definitely be sure to grab a coffee anytime I visit the market.

I just ordered a hot matcha latte sweetened with honey. It was delicious, the temperature was just right and the flavor was good. Overall it was a satisfying drink. I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

I used to come to this coffee spot everyday when I lived in the area. Till this day, they are still my favorite coffee spot. Recently came back after a few years and their coffees still taste just as AMAZING. A perfect balance of coffee and sweet in every sip. Trust me when I say their coffee HITS, I've tried a multitude of coffee spots from big chains to small businesses like this and nothing has ever come close to AK Fresh Roast.

My friend and I were looking to grab some quick coffee and chat briefly before some plans. We stopped by AK Fresh Roast around 11 AM on a Saturday and saw it was busy. After a brief wait, I ordered the black sesame latte. I waited 2 minutes before it was ready. The black sesame flavor was very rich and flavorful. Definitely give it a good mix so the flavor blends with the espresso. I felt my drink was a solid option. My friend got the egg coffee and also liked his drink as well. This store is located in the corner of the Blossom Market Hall. There are plenty of parking available in their parking lot. My friend and I went upstairs where it was quiet to chat. This store does accept American Express. Definitely sign up your phone number for the reward system.
