Simple review? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐10000/10000! Highly recommend. Best place to sit and relax over a nutrional shake and tea. Detailed, 100% honest, and long review? Heather owns and runs this place spectacularly. She is by far one of the kindest souls you could ever meet, and become friends with. She has created a place that radiates warmth, kindness, and a sworm of knowledge regarding your health and nutrition. Her shake and tea flavor combinations never seize to amaze me- the flavors are incredible. She has "basic" flavors listed on her menu, but a huge collection of "secret and specialty" flavor combinations saved in her tablet that you can request if someone recommends one to you. Ever want advice or help bettering your wellness... Heather is your woman for the job. She always posts any changes in hours for holidays well in advance on her FB, so you never have to wonder if/what times she'll be open. Inside you'll find OTB has boardgames and plenty of comfy spots to sit and chat with your friends (or Heather). She even has outdoor seating for those warm and breezy days. The space is welcoming, CLEAN, and always smells fresh. The music is top-notch and upbeat, I always find myself bopping my head relaxing on the couch, or doing a little jig while I'm waiting in line. In my opinion... Best shake on the menu? Death by Chocolate Best specialty shake that isn't on the wall menu? Toss up between the Chocolate Wedding Cake and the Hot Mocha Latte Best level 1 tea on the menu? Chai Cranberry (it tastes like Christmas) I love it over ice, my husband prefers his hot- tastes amazing either way. Best level 2? I've actually never had, I always go low caffeine or full caffeine! Best level 3 tea on the menu? Watermelon Crawl (which is watermelon Cucumber, best way to describe the taste? Fresh.) Don't like caffeine? Then I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Surfs Up Refresher! The ONLY CON I can think of? The parking situation is tough and confusing at first, but manageable. I think that sums up my review? I don't think I forgot anything! Check this place out! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place gives you plenty of sunshine. So bright and vibrant. The owner is a very sweet lady and she's very quick, too. Lots of healthy shakes and flavors. I recommend the banana split shake. It packs with lots of flavor. Whether you live in Leland NC area or are traveling, this place is a must to experience.

This place is an incredible option if you're looking for an healthy alternative for meals. Miss Heather is a great hostess and she has lots of experience in healthy shakes. There's also a huge variety of shakes, teas, snacks and much more. Give it a try! You will not regret it!

This place was great. The owner was there when I went and she made me feel so welcome. Tons of options for flavors of shakes. Great for pre and post workout. the Herbalife protein is top tier if your into that. They also have tons of other things like teas for energy or for coming back to life after a hard night out. The store itself is a first floor store front in an apartment complex In Leland right over the bridge from downtown. The atmosphere of the store is really high end. But the owner is welcoming to everyone I even saw she had internet for people who have school or work to do and tons of space for hangout and relaxing while your there. Honestly this place is a hidden gem I’ll definitely be coming back

Best shake place in the area! Heather is the sweetest human on earth! Her shakes are made with care and love! The fried icecream is so delicious! The lit teas give you more caffeine than a cup of coffee to keep you going while being healthy. It is my regular stop every morning!
