My wife is vegan and I am not, so we often have a hard time finding places that we can both eat at and enjoy. I am very happy to say that Bridge & Tunnel is now one of those places. We get coffee from their truck at the Asheville markets all the time, but if you want a great breakfast then stopping by AB Tech for their full menu is well worth it. We had two outstanding breakfast sandwiches and genuinely one of the best pancakes I’ve had in a long time (with real maple syrup!). I am a big fan of the coconut bacon as well. We will be back soon!

Delicious food. My husband and I shared the chickpea cutlet panini and a cafe au lait. The wait was a little long, but the staff were all very friendly and it's understandable given the location. Would highly recommend.

Bridge and Tunnel was such a fun find on our vacation. We really appreciated all of the vegan options and really enjoyed our BEST breakfast sandwich and the vegan breakfast burrito! The staff was so helpful and friendly, and my dirty chia latte hit the spot! 😋
