Best coffee shop downtown. Overpriced like the rest but the lovely service, atmosphere, and quality make it well worth it. I can no longer have coffee which makes cafes tricky but I have fallen in love with their Kerouac. Genuinely like one is sipping liquid heaven, perfect for an occasional splurge to treat myself!

Staff was really friendly! I got a hot chocolate with marshmallow on top and it was seriously some of the best cocoa I’ve had. Also the way they burned the marshmallow onto the top was gorgeous. This is one of my favorite spots to write, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a sweet treat and comforting ambiance.

Great spot for high quality coffee in the Detroit area! Have only visited this location thus far, but was very happy with the single origin pour over and the oat milk latte my wife got was fantastic. Food is great, too -- highly recommend the pastries. Ambiance is hip and inviting and the service is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Good ambience for the winter evening. During holiday period, cold weather, historic famous lights - all you need is the coffee, and this place suits well for the mood. Light live music is a value add, to enhance the holiday spirit. Food wise - Cakes are good. Coffee is average - as it’s not hot at all. It’s pricey though. Service is decent as well.

First time in today. And it was a beautiful place. They need mire seating because it was full. I can see myself coming back here more. My cappuccino was delicious and beautiful upon presentation, the staff was courteous and helpful with making menu choices. Really chill vibe 😌
