Crema's Take
“Qahwati Cafe in Ferndale has mastered the art of the third space with its intentionally curated, modern-meets-warm atmosphere and thoughtfully curated playlist that strikes the perfect balance for both focused work and lingering conversations. Their espresso-focused menu shines with creative signature drinks like the pistachio cream coffee alongside excellent pastries and cold brew, all served in a clean, beautiful space that feels equally welcoming whether you're settling in for a few hours or stopping by for a quick specialty drink.”

Stopped by to get some work done on my laptop and had a great experience. The space was beautiful and clean, and the playlist was perfect to have in the background while working. I originally came in hoping to try their matcha, which was a bit of a bummer since they were out. I guess that just means I will have to come back and finally try it next time. Instead, I ordered the Mirage latte and it was the star of the show. It is hard to find cafés with unique items like that, so I really appreciated it. The pastries were also really good. Would definitely come back, especially with hopes of trying their matcha.
Super clean atmosphere with a simple yet modern feel to it. Had a variety of pastries, none of which disappointed. Not only were the pastries delicious, but the presentation and attention to detail were on point as well. In addition, the portion size and overall quality was top tier. Service was fast and friendly. Overall fantastic experience from start to finish. Will most definitely be returning.
I visited Qawati for a coffee date on a weekday afternoon. The environment is very comfortable and intentionally curated. There was music playing so it wasn’t awkwardly quiet, but not so loud that you couldn’t hear each other. I got a Cinna-Dune latte from the seasonal menu. It was delicious. I wish I had taken a picture that I could post with this review. The artistry and quality made Starbucks look like trash. The staff were very friendly and the service was efficient. We were there for quite some time, but didn’t feel pressured to spend more money or leave. The croissants are delicious as well. I highly recommend.
I tried the pistachio cream coffee, it was good. I also had the almond croissant and it didn’t taste fresh, it was okay. I asked the server to warm it up but it was still cold when served. Might not try again!
Beautiful place serving first class treats, drinks and cakes. On my first visit, I loved it. I had an icey lemonata with mint, which was delicious. A slice of pumpkin cheesecake and a sip of my friends latte. All of which were perfect. The service is friendly and sophisticated without being snobby. I appreciate that. And will be back for more.
