All the baristas are so nice and sweet!! This is my new favorite spot!!

Today's drink cost $18.04 for one 32 oz drink and 20 percent tip. Apparently as the drinks get bigger they get cheaper, until 32 oz and the prices go through the roof. They also do not disclose service charge as required by law, and charge tips on that service tax and Sales tax which is wrong. The smoothie prices are 12 $6 16 $6.70 20 $7.20 24 $7.55 you normally have purchased this size 32 is $13.40 Double the 16oz to get to that price Tax Bank charge for using card and the tip you put on came out to that price. Have a good evening Angie Cossell Owner --------------------------------------- So 12oz is 50 cents per oz, 16oz, 42 cents per oz, 20oz is 36 cents per oz, 24 oz 32 cents per oz, but 32oz is now a whopping 42 cents per oz. Note after I left a truthful review on their FB page, they blocked me. They said they were going to refund the drink even though I never asked them to, but they did not anyway. All this is not a good start for a new business.

For my very first visit, I ordered a 12-ounce cold brew with heavy cream, which was genuinely delicious. Unfortunately, that was overshadowed by what happened next. My card was charged for a $1 tip that I did not authorize or give. I contacted the owner the following morning to address it. During that conversation, I was told they had “gone through a few,” which suggested this was not an isolated issue. While I was offered a refund, my concern about unauthorized charges was taken too lightly. Charging customers for tips they did not give is not acceptable, regardless of the amount, and it undermines trust in a cashless drive-thru setting. Because of the seriousness of the issue and the response I received, I have filed a consumer complaint with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office. I personally can’t trust this business.

Amazing coffee! Dillano’s coffee always has that potent caffeine kick, the owners are so sweet and provide a wide variety of caffeinated drinks, lotus, redbull and obviously espresso style drinks. Always something new and fun to try here. And absolutely delicious breakfast burritos from “it’s a wrap”
