Amazing coffee & matcha. The service is equally amazing. Franco always greets me with a warm smile. I look forward to seeing him every time I come, he makes the yummiest drinks too.

I went here today and I have to say this was one of the best lattes I have ever had!! I tried the biscoff latte and a chicken empanada both were excellent. The sauce for the empanada took it up a notch! Fantastic service and great aesthetics. I went back to grab my wife something but the line had grown (see photo). Great stuff! Thanks Babaloo team 💙 ❤️

The atmosphere is really good. Very happening. The staff who work there also are very friendly and sweet. There was music and I went on a weekend so long queue but still moving pretty quickly But I felt the matcha could have been better. I got the strawberry matcha and felt it wasn't so balanced in taste. Or not sure if the matcha used was good enough quality. I had really less of the strawberry syrup in mine and a lot of the matcha so didnt balance out the earthy bitter and sweet well enough. It's a good place for a grab and go mostly busy so the few seats are occupied. It has paid parking out, do driving out far just to get something here not so worth it.. Not sure if it lives up to the hype though.

Unfortunately this place is trendy and mid. I got the birthday cake matcha - the matcha was not good. Lacking flavor immensely. The birthday cake topping was tasty, but you can find much better Matcha around Charlotte for the same price and cheaper. The chicken empanadas were TERRIBLE. Overcooked and dry chicken. It was absolutely awful, and I can not believe that they are selling these.

Coffee was good! I got toasted s’mores and it was not overly sweet,had good flavor, the marshmallow top is so good. Service was great and indoor sitting is very limited.
